AI for your business

Our programmesPlanning and implementation

Assess the effort and value of an AI project

This page addresses the business case for your project: time, ongoing costs and expected value. The price of our work is agreed separately in your offer.

For owner-led businesses, across industries.

Try your own figures

How much time goes into one routine?

Use your own figures. This shows the time you spend today. It does not predict what AI will save.

Current workload

16 hours / month

12 min × 4 cases × 20 days ÷ 60 = 16 hours

Time spent is not automatically time saved. Setup, running costs, review work and the relief you can actually use need a separate assessment.

Put every cost on the table.

Time saved is a starting point. What matters is how much of it becomes useful in daily work and which new costs arise. We use your actual processes.

Initial effort

Setup, data preparation, system connections and the time of the people involved.

Running costs

Models, licences, hosting, maintenance and checking results.

Day-to-day value

Time per task, frequency and avoided rework create an expectation you can test.

A customer’s experience

A quotation: 10 minutes instead of 2 hours.

Stefan Merz built his own knowledge system with coaching from Marco. He reports preparing a quotation in ten minutes, compared with two hours previously.

How we work together.

  1. Record the starting point

Document the duration, frequency and rework in the current process.

  2. Compare the options

Assess an existing tool, an extension and a custom solution, including running costs.

  3. Measure in daily use

Check the assumptions after a trial before deciding whether to expand or adjust.

Clarity before the next step

What else would you like to know?

Why is there no fixed price list here?
Training, guidance and commissioned solutions have different scopes. You receive a specific proposal before the work begins.
Is owning a solution automatically cheaper?
No. Your own systems still need operation, maintenance and possibly paid services. Ownership and running costs are separate questions.
Do you promise a certain saving?
No. We make the assumptions explicit and check them against your process. Actual use determines whether the solution is worthwhile.
